The challenge
Coordinating full civil infrastructure within a high-density residential layout
We applied an integrated civil and structural engineering approach, focusing on technical efficiency, constructability, and long-term serviceability. Early-stage value engineering and infrastructure planning allowed the project to meet performance requirements without exceeding budget constraints.
- Designing efficient structural systems for mixed single- and double-storey units
- Ensuring adequate water supply, sewer capacity, and stormwater management across the site
- Delivering value-engineered solutions while maintaining compliance with local authority and engineering standards
- Structural design and detailing of all residential units, optimized through value engineering to reduce material usage while maintaining structural integrity
- Civil engineering design for water supply and reticulation, sewer reticulation, internal roads, and stormwater drainage systems
- Implementation of stormwater harvesting and controlled discharge systems to manage runoff and improve water sustainability
